PENGARUH SELF ESTEEM DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Karyawan PT. Tomo Food Industri, Sumedang)

This study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of PT. Tomo Food Industry, Sumedang. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents were distributed to employees of PT. Tomo Food Industry. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Results of a descriptive analysis of the study showed that the level of self esteem employees is quite high, the level of self efficacy employees including high, and the level of employee performance is quite high. Results of regression analysis showed that only self-efficacy were positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, whereas self-esteem does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
